Summer crowds are gone and the holiday season has not started yet, making November one of the quieter months on the Emerald Coast. Here is what is open — and what is on seasonal pause — across our four resorts this month. Everything below comes from our property and resort descriptions and recent Destin Guide posts.

Swim season is not over. Our indoor heated pools are open year-round: Pelican Beach Resort in Destin has an indoor heated pool alongside three outdoor pools (one zero-entry), and Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort has an indoor heated pool. At Waterscape Resort in Fort Walton Beach, the heated pool and the hot tubs — open throughout the year — are the November favorites.

Seasonal spots are on pause. The tiki bars close for the cooler months: Pelican Beach Resort’s seasonal Tiki Bar runs March through October, and Waterscape’s Tiki hut opens the first week of March. Waterscape’s scheduled activities lineup for the season ran August 10 through October 24.

The Village keeps going. The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Resort — steps from our Grand Sandestin, Bahia, and Elation condos, with complimentary resort tram access — offers waterfront dining, shops, and entertainment.

Plan ahead for snowbird season. Waterscape Resort offers snowbird discounts for December through February stays, and Majestic Sun offers 20% off stays longer than 28 nights — November is a good time to lock in a winter escape.

Same easy arrival, all year. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM at every property, with self check-in through your private door code — head straight to your condo with no front-desk stop.
